When buying an item, you agree that you have read the item listing correctly, including any information relating to ingredients and allergies. The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Hug Hampers provide a 100% secure payment system, all transactions are processed by Wix Payments or PayPal. 

 

When purchasing goods that may contain an alcoholic beverage, you must be 18 years of age or older, possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter in these Terms as a binding agreement. Do not use our services if this is prohibited under the law and regulations within the UK. We do not offer an international service. 

 

At Hug Hampers, we always endeavour to provide you with the descriptions and photography shown, however, we do reserve the right to substitute any items included in the hamper for equal or greater value. This will occur when items are unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering. For photography purposes additional aesthetic items may be shown, however, unless they are explicitly listed in the description, they will not be provided. 

 

The purchaser, therefore, is in agreement with the terms and conditions set out stated with our policy.
